皮膚感覚からの移動情報

・要旨
我々が環境の中を移動するとき、頭部が動くと前庭系が傾き、身体が動いた方向を知覚させる。視覚系に受ける情報は身体の移動方向とは反対に感じる。この移動情報は実際に動いていない場合にも同じように生じることがある。こうした現象は自己身体の移動感覚（ベクション）と呼ばれる。例えば、視覚ベクションの特徴として、放射状の拡散運動パタンが提示されると前進しているように感じ、 収束運動パタンが提示されると後退しているように感じる。ベクション研究史上、基本的に視覚を中心に、前庭感覚、聴覚など様々な多感覚での検討が行われてきた。本研究では、これまで扱われてこなかった皮膚感覚に着目し多感覚でのベクションを検討した。はじめに、ベクションの特徴と研究の歴史について説明する。次に、皮膚感覚に呈示する実験装置、測定方法についてデータを見ながら解説し、最後に全体のまとめと今後の展望について述べる。
・プロフィール
村田佳代子博士は，2019年より，日本学術振興会特別研究員ＰＤ（千葉大学大学院人文科学研究院）。慶應義塾大学文学部を卒業後，2018年に首都大学東京大学院人文科学研究科を修了。2018年に博士（心理学）。2016年に一般社団法人映像情報メディア学会2016年冬季大会優秀研究発表賞、首都大学東京女性大学院生研究奨励賞特別賞受賞を受賞。専門分野は，ベクション，皮膚感覚，触運動等。

The social side of social attention

・Abstract
During social interactions, we spontaneously tend to process the spatial cues coming from other individuals – such as their eye-gaze direction or pointing gestures – and to orient our attentional resources towards the same direction. This ability, known as social attention, plays a crucial role in cognitive development and allow us to successfully navigate within the environment and social contexts. In the first part of this talk, the main cognitive mechanisms underlying social attention will be presented, as well as the impact of different social variables in shaping this attentional phenomenon. Then, studies conducted in clinical populations (e.g., autism, schizophrenia) will be also discussed. In the last part, I will illustrate how future studies could further enhance the ecological validity in the study of social attention, and a recent theoretical framework for explaining gaze-mediated orienting in social contexts will be also illustrated.

Mario Dalmaso is currently Assistant Professor at Department of Developmental Psychology and Socialization, University of Padova, Italy from 2018. He graduated at University of Padova at 2013. Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from University of Padova. He is interested in Attention, Eye movements, and Social cognition. He received many awards, e.g. Best Ph.D. Thesis and Best poster presentation from Italian Association of Psychology.
